Understanding Our Emotions

Date: Mondays staring January 23rd- Ending February 27th, 2023 (5 Sessions)

An awareness program to manage emotions and enhance relationships. Participants will learn healthier coping skills, healthier responses to anger and how their emotional responses may impact their relationships. A credited Domestic Violence Program for parents partnered with Society 2000 inc.

Note: Lunch and snacks will be provided. Weekly gift card draws will be done at each session for those in attendance.
